A New SUPREME X NIKE Collaboration During SS23

Two of the largest fashion brands are teaming up with each other again to release a shoe! During the SS23 Supreme season, we expect to see the Supreme x Nike Air Bakin release!

The Nike Air Bakin was originally released back in 1997. When these were originally released, there was a lot of backlash from the Muslim community for the "Nike Air" logo on the back heel due to its close resemblance to "Allah" in Arabic text. As a result, the shoe was recalled back and retroed in 2007 with a different font for the "Nike Air" on the heel.

Fast forward to 2023, we will now see a collaboration between Supreme X Nike on this silhouette. We will see these shoes released on the Supreme site and in-store. In the past, we have seen Nike release Supreme collaborations on SNKRS, such as the three colorways of the Supreme x Nike Air Jordan 4, but this isn't always the case and we wont know until we get closer to the drop!
